About a lil tail charters

A Lil’ Tail Backcountry Charters combines professional-quality bait and tackle with years of experience fishing the waters of the Florida keys to deliver anglers of all ages and experience levels the outing of a lifetime. Hop aboard our 22’ Tournament Pathfinder for a smooth ride across the flats and around the mangrove islands to a spot on the water where Islamorada’s famous sportfish are always biting. There are plenty of sights and sounds to keep younger members of your party interested, and Captain Jeremy is happy to show beginning anglers the ropes so they can fish alongside mom and dad. We offer many different lengths of charter bookings with a variety of departure times, so there is something for everyone, no matter what the rest of your schedule looks like. • Half-day charters are perfect for families and business meetings. They last approximately four hours and can depart at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m., or noon. • Three-quarter-day charters give you a bit longer on the water without the commitment of a full day of fishing. They last approximately six hours and can depart at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., or 8 a.m. • Full day charters are perfect for couples and families, even if part of your group does not want to spend the whole day fishing. We will fish within 15 minutes of Flamingo, where there are restrooms as well as a gift shop, restaurant, and museum. Drop some of your party off to stretch their legs while the rest of you continue angling snook, redfish, snappers, and more. These trips last approximately 8 hours and can depart at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., or 8 a.m. • Evening charters give you an 85% chance of catching a Silver King, as well as a shot at tarpon and several varieties of shark, without the hassle of getting up early in the morning. Get the vacation rest you deserve without missing out on adventurous sportfishing. Captain Jeremy will take care of the boat, bait, tackle, and licenses. All you need to bring is something to eat, plenty to drink, and sunblock with at least a 35SPF rating. If you would like us to provide sandwiches for you or if you would like to bring your own bait and tackle, please speak to Captain Jeremy in advance to make arrangements. Make sure to book in advance! Captain Jeremy’s guidance and our St. Crox and Key Largo custom rods are in high demand, so spots do tend to fill up quickly, especially during the summer. Call us today at 305-522-2391 to ensure you and your guests get the most from your Islamorada fishing tour.
