Harp runs an 18' Maverick HPX flats boat with a 115hp Yamaha that can get you to the fish in comfort and dry! Capt. Harp fishes out of World Wide Sportsman in Islamorada, Florida. Harp was born and raised in Pennsylvania and has been fishing most of his life. He took up fly fishing at
an early age after attending a fly tying course at Penn State Lehman Campus which was conducted by
renowned fisherman and author Charlie Meck. Over the past 40 years he has fly fished many Western US Rivers for trout, bonefish in Belize, brook trout in Labrador and salmon in Alaska and Siberia. He held three individual fly rod world records on Northern Pike for many years and was able to fish with Curt Gowdy on the limestone streams around Williamsport, Pa and in Islamorada during one of the Redbone tournaments. In 2001 Harp was the guide to the largest permit caught in the 7th Annual George Bush/Cheeca Lodge
Bonefish tournament in Islamorada. He guided in Islamorada from 1993 until 2007 when family called him away from the Keys but returned in late 2012 and started his backcountry fishing business going again. It doesn’t matter if his customers catch fish with a fly rod or spinning rod, he just wants them to enjoy a day on the water in the beautiful Florida Keys.

Half day (4 hours) ---- $400
Full day (8 hours) ---- $550
3am tarpon only charter (March, April, May) ---$550
*Rates are based upon 2 anglers
*$100 charge for third angler and fishing area may be limited.
*A $100 deposit is required to reserve fishing date is non-refundable if trip is cancelled within 2 weeks of
charter.
*We offer discounts for military, special operations and Purple Heart recipients.
We provide license, bait, rods, rain gear and cooler. You need to bring your lunch, polarized sun glasses,
hat and sunscreen.
We accept cash or check. We do not take credit cards at this time.
